I work in the civil service and the office is fairly strict on us being apolitical but if they knock on your door it’s a different story. I’ve a list of questions for both candidate groups, which means there’s probably no hope of anyone knocking while I’m in.

I have to use them all the time in work. Sometimes it’s because we’re not 100% sure if the address is right or still active. We’ve lots of deadlines each week so if they haven’t read things by say the Wednesday, things will go downhill fast.

The kid got a high 2.1 in a double honours degree. She’s delighted and I’m super proud of her. She’s been doing a lot of volunteer work for the last 4 years in an area she’s interested in which means with that and her exam results, she should have a place in the Masters she wants.
