Can someone give me an idea as to where I can get free software to do this.Soundforge now want me to pay for the privelege of using it and wont oipen anymore. Cheers.

Im looking for two new speakers for an old 2x12 I have. I was gonna go for 2 celestion vintage 36's. I want the cab to have an impedance of 8 ohms and I thought this would just be down to how I wired it.... But now I see the speakers are available in 8 4 and 16 ohms so Im completely confused...
