Someone recommend a good comedy series on Netflix, please?!! Gave Schitt's Creek a go ... it's amusing but rarely ventures into actual funny.

Black Earth Rising - Netflix drama about the prosecution of protagonists of the Rwandan genocide, 20 years or so later. I'm liking this a lot. It's well informed and mostly credible. First Netflix production in some time I haven't wanted to turn off after two episodes.

Maniac - I just fell asleep halfway through EP 3 and woke up in the middle of EP 4 wondering what the fuck was going on. Seems appropriate.

Love on Netflix. Wanted something light and entertaining and it fits the bill. And Jennifer from Royal Trux showed up in Episode 3 (or 4) so that's a mark in its favour. Wondering how they are going to drag 3 series out of this though ....

True. I've come to the conclusion that pretty much everything on Netflix in particular is a gigantic waste of time. Time when I could be doing something else. TP and GOT for me until the new David Simon thing comes out and then I might just give it up altogether. Might.

It's awesome. Just got to the end of episode 5 and it felt like the climax of a whole series so very excited to see where it goes from here. It's seems so much better than S1 that now I think I just wasn't paying attention properly and should go back and watch it again after I'm done with S2.

Just started on this. The first season didn't grab me as much as it did others (or as much as I expected it to) but this could have been that I kept losing track of what was going on. EP 1 of season 2 was really good though. I liked the super-mean Aussie-accented Mars bitch.

Watching this. Its VERY enjoyable.

My tip: turn on the subtitles.

Recently: The Glitch - Australian people returning from the dead for no apparent reason drama. Thought it was pretty good until the end. When it became apparent there was none. Oh well. Now: Show Me A Hero - David Simon. You the man. One episode left in this. Maybe the golden age of television...

Just watched the first episode so I'm probably not your man (yet). But, yeah. This looks worth the monthly Netflix fee.

Spotless: Netflix thing set in London about 2 French brothers who clean up crime scenes for gangsters. It's not very good. Only watching it because I can't find the rest of The Night Of after kickass torrents has gone AWOL.
