Coming late to this thread to say that as a person who is insulted that "gamer" became a fucking identity (YOU SHOULD FEEL ASHAMED TO PLAY GAMES) it has to be said that everyone should play Portal 1 and 2. They ascend far higher than 99.9% of all computer games who think that a story about being a sad girl/owning a dog/being unsure about AI is up there with The Odyssey.
