The dfi campaign essentially is centred around the rate (amount of money) for disability benifit, which is equal to the dole. The dole is supposed to be temporary while you jobhunt, disability is lifetime so they shouldn't be the same. I lived on about 7 grand a year for 7 years on disability. the campaign ran around budget 2016.

Vera twomey has a disabled child and needs medicinal cannabis to help the child. she's walked from cork to the dail and was removed from the gates of the dail yesterday evening.
