On a barely related tangent- A friend of mine was living in Leeds for a bit, on the morning his mother went to visit him, as he was asleep, his housemate pasted the walls of his room with porn. He managed to get rid of it all before she arrived, but as he was showing her around she commented on the skylight.. which was covered with a blind. So he opened the blind. Filthy porn was there.

Yeah, I think twisting the knife a bit is warranted.. one of them woke up once when the landlord walked into her room. He said he thought there was no one in. And that makes it better... hmm..
Thanks for all the advice, I shall be writing up a full brief for them, with advice including monetary and hygienic revenge

If you really want to fuck up your landlord just bring a cow upstairs. They can't walk down stairs (because of their knees apparently) so to get her out he'll have to take the roof off the gaf and have a crane lift her out. Now that's revenge.

I was in the UK then. It seems to me you've got more rights as a tenant in Ireland than you do in the UK.
