George is a serious artist!

Here is a photo that proves it

8 Euro for this and 7.50 for the Chumba CD single you mentioned seems sort of expensive ? is stuff like this any way collectable ? used to like WHAM! when i was a kid, their second LP was the first record i ever bought. George's solo stuff immediately lost me. he took himself hilariously seriously and people started calling him a 'serious artist'

How can you put a price on quality Nuke? Andrew Ridgeley and Boff Whalley will always be worth at least €8 of my pocket money, maybe even €10.

I was at my friends flat a few weeks ago and noticed he had The Final by Wham and he actually mentioned the extended versions were great and had cool samples like :
"MISTER RIDGELEY DO YOUR STUFF !" .
so I suppose you've both got a point having now listened to I'm Your Man Stimulation mix.
my original point though was are records that sold millions of copies worth anything ?
A : to the right person ' Yes '.

Eileen by Streetmark
Pretty soft german prog from late 70s. Had wanted this album for years, got a VG+ copy for 15 eventually. Not the greatest album ever made by any means, very nice listen nonetheless

Precious Systems by MJ Guider
Kranky release. Moody 4/5 minute electronic tunes with vocals thrown into the mix. sounds like The Field at times. I like it. not a lot. but it has potential to be a grower.

Manipulator by Ty Segall.
Little underwhelmed by this after one spin. Really like those Fuzz albums and Wand (who I think he produced. if not on his label). bought basically on the strength of those without really checking out his 'Ty Segall' releases. Good but not great. again, few more spins might change that

Badbadnotgood - IV (download) and III (double lp)
Pretty good jazz inflected instrumental grooves; current album IV has a not more electronic touches to it. Reminds me of Tortoise in places.
They're playing the NCH in November.
