Free program to compress .mov files? (1 Viewer)

I have a few few vidjeos recorded on my girlfriend's camera, and they're generally around 200 MBs each (for 3 mins of footage).

Is there any free program for mac that I can use to compress them down a bit?

Actually I was looking to compress some .movs earlier meshelf but on a Wintel computator.

isquint is the best best best best program to do this.
just make sure that .mov is in the extension so the audio is synched.

I use iDealshare VideoGo to compress MOV files which provide three methods to compress a large MOV file:

Method one: Convert MOV to H.264 MP4
Method two: Reduce MOV Frame Size
Method three: Decrease MOV Bitrate
