I think that was The Shelter in Cork. Shane Fitzsimons put them on as part of his Jazz Me Bollix antifestival. They were very taken with their Jazz Me Bollix t-shirts.

The story put about was that Hiro, the old bass player, wrote lyrics for that song on a scrap of paper and Cornell decided to sing the note from his girlfriend scrawled on the back of it instead.
