I sort of have a minor complaint that her greatest hits tour isn't coming here but she does look pretty mental these days also.

was cleaning my bedroom today. Records and CDs all taken off the shelves etc. Did a good job and got it done in good time.
But afterwards either side of my groin it felt like my hernias were going to come out - I need to lose some weight.

my bedroom is still lovely and clean!
I need to eat far better but I am walking nearly every day again now due to nice weather. did 8 miles Tuesday.
I weigh slightly less (3 pounds!) than last week

today I ate 1 apple, 4 slices white bread, 10 g flaxseed, 800 ml Rice dream (rice milk), 1 litre of water
AND after that it was all oatmeal!
it ain't that awful every day but if it didn't matter I would eat like that everyday.
I get a buzz off walking and cleaning and not much off eating.

this is what I would eat everyday ideally.
eat like this everyday and walk 7 miles daily = losing nearly three stone by the summer - done it before.

200 g Oatmeal w/ 10 g Flaxseed
1 Apple
5 or 10 Grapes
300g Beans
1-1.5 tablespoons Olive Oil
150 g Spinach (uncooked)
4 sticks Celery
3 Courgettes

4 lunch box size bowls of cooked Mixed Veg w/
Celery, Cabbage, Broccoli, Spinach, Sprouts, Carrots.

500 ml Rice Dream
2+ litres Water
----------------------------------

any less than that won't fill me up.
it takes up to two hours to eat all that and a good routine - finish eating by 7:15 pm.

This is fantastic
I'm playing with the 10am - 6pm eating window
It puts a focus on what I'm eating and makes me think about it
 
I got on the wrong bus today. No clue where I am but the driver said I should get close to work, it just takes 50ish mins longer.
Really could have done with a coffee.
