Now that was a bit of crack all right. Long auld day though, I stink and my feet and back are rather achey. My niece seemed to really dig MDR. Fair play to everyone who organised the festivities.

I really enjoyed the whole day - such a positive atmosphere throughout. highlights were:

- probably the best ever Groom gig
- bass player for tieranniesaur, and their set in general
- grand pocket orchestra front man
- skelocrats, and out of tune guitars in general, including BML's songs which seem to sound great no matter how badly he plays them

My personal memory for the day was Thomas joining my on stage.

I did that with 90% of the people there. It's more of a, "do they know who I am?" nod/hello more than anything else. I never forget names or faces but always assume by default people don't remember mine.
