It was a joke since we're the same age. Although a 34 female IS like 65, whereas 34 year old male is 34. What the hell does it matter if you're in a band? If anything her younger age would help not hinder.

Aye shouldnt be a problem in a band...dating definitely a problem...and one that has come to mind since a girlfriend last year was closer in age to my oldest son than to me.
