The people I work with (1 Viewer)

About half my company.

They work hard and they are happy about it. They volunteer. They go to the gym.
They are extremely reliable. If you ask them to do something, it gets done. Just the way you asked.
They actually care about clients and the image of the company.

I am living in the Matrix.
Fuckin' hell. Is this somewhere like Canada? lolz.

I am living in the Matrix.

Sounds great I'd love to work there.

I live in a country where this is considered offensive by the ethnicity it references, and by most others.

But the people referenced here

get tattoos of it

I saw this earlier and it occurred to me that these days most Irish people try to play down the pub 'culture' aspect of Ireland

But they are stupid and I'd beat the shit out of them given the chance

I'm working on training program for a certain supermarket chain in the states...they all greet their team leader by saying "Good morning.., teamwork whooo!" as they stamp and bang the tables in unison

This sort of thing is the reason films like American Beauty exist and the reason there is so much gun crime in that country.

I don't talk to anyone at work either. I don't know if that makes me an asshole.
A few of them are facebook friends and I'm constantly surprised that they are still in touch with people who worked here ten years ago and they still socialise with each other. Some of them even married each other.

I just don't get it. It's just a job.
