It was awesome - woke up with a pounding head the next day tho - possibly not entirely the fault of the Stoats tho ;)

Single is great too - the sound quality is deadly for a bunch of folks sittin in a pbub!

Couldn't make it Sunday

The single got a very good review on Hotpress by the way

Has anyone got a copy of the review? To buy Hotpress would be unfortunate.

The fourth single from the self-professed quirk-rockers sways happily in the woozy manner of a drinking song/smoking song/wishful thinking song, recorded live down the boozer on the old joanna with the aid of friends and punters. Fortunately Stoat were able to commit this endearing little performance to CD before singalongs of this nature, and indeed enjoyment of any kind, are banned from public places. The ivories are also deliciously tickled in ‘Music for Emergencies’, a playful salute to the tension-heightening music from silent movies.

I applaud thee, sir. Now burn your copy of HotPass

I haven't bought a copy of hotpress since 1997. You should all buy smash hits, that's where the real music lives
