  1. Sonic Youth curate atp 2004 UK

SY TO CURATE ONE DAY OF ATP UK 2004

The 2004 UK incarnation of All Tomorrow's Parties will celebrate the festival's fifth year. Sonic Youth will be one of the six curators who each book one day of the festival.

    SY will curate April 3:
Steven Malkmus will curate the 2nd and
    Foundation the 4th.

i think shellac, tortoise and mogwai are doing the other 3 curations.

  2. this festival should be brought to the arse end of nowhere in ireland

    it 'd be magic
get the jimmy cake or someone to curate us up a treat
    FLATULANT NUISANCE

  3. why the jimmy cake?

  4. i thought the jimmy cake were a festival unto themselves

Would the Mor festival qualify as a sort of irish atp? line-up is dang nifty bar 1 or 2.

  5. if the cake curated there would be no room for a paying crowd as there would too many 'musicians'. orgiastic trollops.
    death can fuck off

Youre madder than the accumulated madness of Japan

  6. my thoughts precisely

  7. can you imagine if our chum Outspan curated ATP what kind of drippy hippy dippy festival we'd get?

    The mind boggles!!!!!!!

  8. six days? argh. that's probably going to be two weekends with completely different bands. many of whom i'll want to see.

damn you, atp, and your wallet-emptying ways.

have you been to this festival?
its in the arse end of nowhere alreay and the atmosphere is drunken electric. i think it would loose the "we're all going on summer holiday" vibe if you moved it to ireland.
DEEVEEDEE. WHOAH! SEE IT. HEAR IT...
video piracy - its a crime.

  10. never been
    i might go next year

if you didnt want to go to the irish one you could just go on
your little summer holier over to england

i personally would probably hit them both up
depending on who they got to curate the irish one
    the frames no doubt
    FLATULANT NUISANCE
