its grand. Theres no mud in the arena really just on the paths around it where lots of people walk over the same ground.

It stopped raining about 5 and it was lovely after that, though was damn cold by the main stage.

My friday;

- coffee with @Lili Marlene in his super-posh campsite
- some band of schoolkids on B+S called the careers who are clearly Pavement fans and who were quite decent
- a little bit of Sleep Thieves then a little bit of Tvvins (who have changed their name to All Tvvins)
- Blondie Q+A in the Hot Press tent. Debbie is still HOT
- A little bit of the Stripes who are awful
- Blondie on the Main Stage who were good fun
- Foals who were very meh but I met a mate of mine and we were chatting all the way through it (dont worry we were near the back)
- Pet shop Boys who came on about 20 minutes late and who were boring as fuck
- TuneyaRdS on B+S who were amazing but jaysus it was packed down there

back down for more now.

yeah, its full of 15-year old kids. Seriously like, there were girls who couldn't have been any more than 15/16 who barely knew their own name by 5 o'clock.

and they should change the name from Electric Picnic to denim shorts or hotpants. Seems to be the festival 'uniform' of choice of picknickers.

the security check going into the arena is a joke. more a full-on grope than anything. They're only short of getting you to drop yer cacks, bend over and spread yer cheeks.

yet my bag was never checked once.
