the first thing i would do is get rid of any sources of stagnant water near your house. i've never known mosquitoes to be a bad problem in ireland, and any time i've seen them in a house i've lived in they dissappeared pretty quickly once we got rid of/turned upside down any empty jars/watering...

maybe your theory assumes that the person trying to lose weight is already really fit and active like a boxer trying to get into some low weight category or something? not the average person with an office job who likes a drink. anyway, in some cases it might not be the beer causing the belly...

i saw this on tv3 the other night its pt 6 of 10 of a bbc documentary about weight loss. previous to that part the guy had spent 90mins on a treadmill sweating buckets and the guy told him he'd only burned 180 calories during the session or something. but turns out that you keep burning fat...

anyone have any clue about this? i know you can get it covered on your house contents insurance, but i'm renting and no one seems to do policies for contents under 10k, and i just don't own 10k worth of stuff. does anyone have any experience of just getting one or two items covered? and how...

this orange and almond dark chocolate from aldi is nice and tastes strong enough that usually half a little bar is enough for for me in one go. eat a few and you might end the chocolate orange cravings?
