    Recommendations for Primavera

I got an email from them saying "The timetable to collect tickets and exchange full festival tickets at the Poble Espanyol on Wednesday 25th May is from 1pm until 11 pm. The exchange and collection area is behind the Pabellón Mies van der Rohe; you will see it when you start walking up...

    The Wave Pictures

God I love this band. Thankfully, as they seem to be omnipresent in my life for the past year. I even heard one of them having a bit of the old rumpy pumpy in the tent beside me at End of the Road last year. I second the ridiculously awesomeness of Instant Coffee Baby.

    when van morrison was amazing

Meant to post the link to the live gig review, not the Live CD review! http://www.guardian.co.uk/music/2009/apr/26/van-morrison-concert-review He did a rousing version of Caravan in the first half of the gig as well, less kicks than in the Last Waltz version but great nonetheless!

    when van morrison was amazing

Tickets started from 50 pounds and went up to something ridiculous like 200. I was there the second night (the 50 quid tickets and therefore up in the rafters!) and it was pretty amazing. His versions of Sweet Thing and Way Young Lovers do weren't so much my cuppa but the rest I thought was...

The venue seems really cool http://www.misterce.com/cinemas/rex/0salle.jpg) I got a ticket for 70 quid, presumably will be a good bit back but couldn't really afford any more.. Also I didn't need to give any passport details or didn't even have to name my plus...

    London question...

Yeah, Barden's Boudoir is a great little spot. And Upset the Rhythms are equally great! They're putting on Yacht in Cargo tonight.. They also have a new venue around the same general area as Barden's as well I think, called Cafe Oto. I'm not really a thumped regular but for what its worth I live...

I Saw Neil Young On Saturday

    | was at this as well. Phenomenal gig. Ony downside was I was right at the back. An incredible version of Fuckin' Up was possibly the highlight for me, though Powderfinger and Hey Hey My My back to back and the fact that he played Ambulance Blues were also amazing! The most I ever paid to see a...

    London Posse I'm DJing Tonight

Re: London Posse Im DJing Tonight Weirdly, I think I was at this by accident on Friday night. Was with some friends who decided to use this bar as a stop on their way to another. Only stayed for a pint but the music was deadly. Was it you that played Devo?
